I'm looking for 1 copy editor and 2-3 beta readers for a new publishing venture.

The Opportunity
Hey there!
If you're reading this, you probably stumbled upon me through a post I made in the FB writer's group.
Welcome!
I'm on the lookout for a copy editor and 2-3 beta readers for a new publishing and marketing venture I'm gearing up to launch, known as Springboard Books. After eight months of hard work, I'm getting ready to launch this sucker!
I'm the author of nine books, and right now, I'm running two online businesses. One of them teaches aspiring authors the ins and outs of writing, publishing, and launching their first book.
Springboard Books, on the other hand, is aimed at entrepreneurs and business owners. We're here to help them craft and publish niche-specific (non-fiction) books they can use as their main marketing tool to grow their businesses.
I've got an awesome team lined up, people I’ve worked with for many years, including eight beta readers, a skilled copy editor, a talented cover designer/interior layout expert, a marketing whiz/web designer, a male audiobook narrator, and a top-notch videographer. They're all excited to jump on board with Springboard, working as freelancers on various projects.
However, since all these talented folks have other commitments, there might be times when they can't take on certain projects or might not be the best fit for particular books or businesses. That's where you come in!
If you're interested in joining our team as either a copy editor or a beta reader (or even both!), these gigs will be compensated at industry-standard rates.
Requirements
I encourage students and clients to write smaller books around 30k words.
- For the editor, I'm looking for real professionals and not side-hobby newbies. I would just need to know that you've successfully done copy editing work on other published books.
- For the beta readers, I'm looking for people who love to read, write, and who are thinkers. I have a simple 8 question form you would fill out after you finish reading the manuscript. Easy peasy.
If this piques your interest, I'd love to chat further and answer any questions you might have.
A bit about me: I call Southern Oregon home (although I'm originally from California). I'm a down-to-earth kind of guy who loves jumping on phone calls to get to know the folks I'm working with, build relationships, and march forward into the future. You can check out my current businesses here:

I hope to talk to you soon!
